Oxalis is a compact perennial from South America with charming clover-like three-leafed foliage. Different varieties showcase a wonderful range of flower and leaf colors—think pink, yellow, and purple—giving each plant its own unique personality. It's quite forgiving and a great choice for beginners.
Oxalis loves bright light, but protect it from intense direct sun during summer. Aim for room temperatures between 15–25°C, and it can survive winter if temperatures don't drop below 10°C. Good air circulation and moderate humidity will keep it happiest.

Water when the soil surface feels dry to the touch. Water thoroughly until it drains from the bottom of the pot. Be careful not to overwater—constantly wet soil leads to root rot. Make sure water doesn't sit in the saucer underneath.
